By using Zapixx ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Zapixx provides free, browser-based image conversion and editing tools. All processing occurs locally in your browser. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Permitted use

You may use Zapixx for personal and commercial purposes, including:

  • Converting, resizing, and compressing your own images
  • Processing images you have the right to use
  • Using converted images in personal or commercial projects

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Zapixx to:

  • Process images you do not have the right to use or distribute
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service at scale

5. Intellectual property

Zapixx and its content are owned by Zapixx and protected by copyright. You retain full ownership of any images you process — we have no claim to your files.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results meeting your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapixx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or files.

Important: Because all processing happens locally in your browser, we have no ability to recover files. Always keep backups of important images.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
